You must enable geoTagging in your Twitter account to use this service.
If you have not yet enabled geotagging in your Twitter account, this article provides and overview of how to do so.
The location of your service request must be in the City of San Francisco.
Currently, TweetMy311 only works in the City of San Francisco. As more cities adopt the Open311 standard, the service will be expanded to those areas.
You must use a valid hashtag with your service request.
Please see the #tags listing to select a hashtag that matches the issue you want to report.
You must include a valid media URL with your service request.

An error occurred when trying to process your request.
This error typically means that something went wrong when trying to submit your request to the 311 API. You should try submitting your service request later.
Please do be careful, as Twitter will typically block attempts to send the same exact tweet multiple times in a short period.
