How it’s built
TweetMy311 is built on open source technologies, specifically the LAMP software stack and CouchDB. It makes use of the Twitter API.

TweetMy311 uses the PHPOpen311 library by Mark Headd and the Twitter oAuth PHP library by Abraham Williams, both available on GitHub.
TweetMy311 is a 100% NoSQL application. There is no relational database used in the application, nor are there any SQL queries, database connections, tables, relationships or anything else even remotely associated with RDBMS systems.
The code that runs TweetMy311 is under constant development and refinement, and will be made available to municipalities interested in leaning more about Open311 applications.
This website is built on WordPress, and uses the Minicard theme.
